We offer a 30-day return window beginning from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused whenever possible.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging.
- All included accessories must be returned.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged through misuse
- Products returned after 30 days
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Process
Once your returned package is received and inspected:
- You'll receive a confirmation email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item or color, please contact our customer support. We'll gladly assist with available exchange options.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.
